Optimus Communications - SIP Trunks Update: Voice issue Connecting to Spark

Updated Information: Inbound calls are working and under observation. Engineers are keeping the issue under observation.

Updated Information: Outbound calls have been re-routed via another carrier, inbound calls only from Spark 09 region now affected and upstream providers are working to resolve ASAP.
