Optimus Communications - SIP Trunks Voice issue Connecting to Spark

Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) have identified an issue detailed as follows.

Event Descriptions: Calls to and from the Spark network are failing over all voice platforms

Engineers are working with the vendor to get the issue resolved

Customer Impact: Inbound calls from the 09 region will have one way audio
