Broadband Services Update - Internet Connection Issue

Updated Information: Connectivity to the Sydney PoP with our upstream provider has been restored. We are however still awaiting a root cause and confirmation about the stability of the service from our Trans Tasman connectivity provider, as such, we have not yet put some Sydney peering back into service. Connectivity to those providers on the Sydney peering has redundancy from New Zealand so there is no customer impact by doing this. Will update again once we have received confirmation from our connectivity provider.

Broadband Services Update - Internet Connection Issue

Updated Information: Upstream engineers have have implemented a fix to re-route traffic that was failing across the Trans-Tasman Sydney link and are can see connections are restored. This should resolve connectivity issues for internet and voice services.

Updated Information: Upstream Engineers have identified an issue with inbound routing due to connectivity between New Zealand and Sydney being broken. They are working to resolve this routing issue now. No update on the issue with connectivity to Sydney.

Domain Name Services Internet Connection Issue

Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) have identified an issue detailed as follows.

Event Description: Issue with DNS queries from OpenDNS. OpenDNS is a security filtering product.

Customer Impact: Unable to browse internet resources.
