Updated Information: Our escalation team have completed/implemented a fix and are looking for confirmation that this has now fully resolved. We will continue to monitor this issue for the next 24 hours.

Hosted Mail Filtering - mymailsecurity Outbound Mail Bounce-backs

Updated Information: One of the mail processing nodes is in an error state. Engineers are working to isolate the node from the cluster to prevent it attempting to process mail. If bounce-back messages are received, the advice is to resend the message so that it is picked up by another mail processing node.

Event Description: An issue affecting some outbound emails is occurring. This results in a bounce-back message.

Customer Impact: Intermittent sent messages may result in a bounce-back message indicating the message was not delivered.
