Updated Information: All Office 365 related services have been restored and no further performance issues have been detected.

Updated Information: Most services have fully recovered at this time; however, Microsoft is continuing to troubleshoot and address all lingering impact scenarios to fully remediate the problem.

Updated Information: Services appear to be back online but there are still some lingering performance issues, Microsoft is currently investigating further.

Event Description: Office 365 for mail and all associated services including Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams is currently experiencing a major outage.

Customer Impact: All of these services are either down, or experiencing significant performance problems
