NOC has detected that there is intermittent access issues to the myfolders platform. Engineers are working on this currently.
16/12/2013 20:28 - Resolved Have investigated and found a hung apache process effecting a few connections. This was killed and restarted. Access has been tested and is functional. Monitoring will continue.
