Corporate File Sharing - myfolders myfolders performance

Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) have identified an issue detailed as follows.

Event Description: myfolders performance issues affecting sync services.

Customer Impact: Syncing may take a long time to complete.

Additional Information: Optimus Systems have identified the cause and resolving issues with the sync service to resume normal operation.

Resolution The fix has been applied and syncing is resuming normally.
