Broadband Services Update - Internet Connection Issue

Updated Information: Connectivity to the Sydney PoP with our upstream provider has been restored. We are however still awaiting a root cause and confirmation about the stability of the service from our Trans Tasman connectivity provider, as such, we have not yet put some Sydney peering back into service. Connectivity to those providers on the Sydney peering has redundancy from New Zealand so there is no customer impact by doing this. Will update again once we have received confirmation from our connectivity provider.
