Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) have identified an issue detailed as follows.
Event Description: Inbound/Outbound calls on SIP Trunks are failing to connect due to an outage with an upstream carrier.
Customer Impact: Customers may be experiencing a loss of Voice services affecting both incoming and outgoing calls.
Additional Information: Engineers are working on a resolution, more updates to follow shortly.
UPDATE 11:44 5/9/17: Services appear to be restored and are under observation by our engineers, the cause of the outage is still under investigation.
