NOC have identified a database connection error which may be affecting the access to some services on the platform. This is being investigated as a priority and updates will be posted regularly.
15/02/2017 11:00 - Diagnosed An issue with the MySQL database packages has been detected and a socket error has been encountered, which has replicated through the cluster. Now the issue has been investigated an appropriate fix will be applied, tested and the outcome reported here shortly.
15/02/2017 11:15 - Resolved Engineers have restored services and will continue to monitor. An incident report detailing root cause of the issue will be supplied within next 72 hours.
