Updated Information: One of the upstream carriers appears to have had some issues which had an impact on quality of some calls which have been rerouted and seem to have resolved the issue.
Customers may have experienced poor call quality on some calls. We will continue to monitor this issue going forward but aren't seeing this issue any longer.
